By booking an appointment or placing an order with GlamByMariga Beauty Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
A slot is only reserved once payment is confirmed. When you select a time we hold it for 10 minutes while your M-Pesa payment completes; if payment is not confirmed within that window the slot is released automatically and the booking is not created. Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment by calling +254 712 345 678. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and no-shows, are non-refundable. If we have to cancel, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your treatment is shortened or rescheduled, since the following client's slot cannot be delayed.
Tell your artist about allergies, eye conditions, recent procedures or skin sensitivities before your appointment. We may decline a treatment where it would be unsafe. A patch test is recommended for tinting and for first-time lash clients.
Product prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery within Nairobi is typically 1–2 working days and 2–4 working days elsewhere in Kenya, and is charged at KES 300.00 or free on orders over KES 5,000.00. Studio pickup is free. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection.
For hygiene reasons, lashes, adhesives, brushes and any opened product cannot be returned. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full — contact us within 48 hours of receiving them.
Colour and texture may vary slightly between batches and can appear different under different lighting. Such variation is not a defect.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or repeated no-shows.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the treatment or product concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
